01 Platform Access and Capacity
This agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the "User" or "Firm") and BambooBlast regarding your use of our proprietary high-frequency trading analytics engines. Accessing index.html or any sub-domain signifies your acknowledgement that you possess the technical capacity and legal authority to enter into this agreement.
If you are using these tools on behalf of a financial institution or proprietary trading group centered in the Tokyo Exchange Area or global financial hubs, you represent that you have the mandate to bind said entity to these constraints.
02 Proprietary Analytics Licensing
License Scope: Non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize BambooBlast analytics for internal quantitative research.
BambooBlast retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying algorithms, latency-sensitive data structures, and the logic governing our high-frequency trading observation protocols.
Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our tools. Any data exported via our Analytics Suite is for your firm's exclusive use and cannot be resold or used to create a competing data product.
03 Acceptable Interaction Policy
To maintain the integrity of our high-frequency trading environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to bypass security protocols or latency throttling mechanisms.
- Automated scraping of analytics data outside of provided API endpoints.
- Sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties or sub-licensees.
- Using the tools to facilitate market manipulation or prohibited trading practices.
04 Risk and Liability Disclaimer
Quantifying market data involves inherent risks. BambooBlast provides advanced tools but does not offer financial advice. Our analytics are based on historical and real-time inputs that may be subject to network latency, calculation errors, or third-party data outages.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL BAMBOOBLAST OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, PECUNIARY DAMAGES, OR OPPORTUNITY COSTS RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR ANALYTICAL STANDARDS. ALL MODELS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR TRADING STRATEGY.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the use of our high-frequency trading tools shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
